Each refrigeration unit is covered by a 12-month warranty; all spare parts are supplied free of charge within this period. As a standard, this service is included in the price of the device.
  The warranty does not include:
- Wearing parts as for example gaskets, lights and grids.
- The damages caused by inadequate observance of care and maintenance requirements (see operation manual) or misuse.
- The cost for the installation, dismounting or modification of the devices.
- Possible consequential damages due to the malfunction.

THE PARTIES OF WARRANTY AGREEMENT AND COMPLAINT REPORTING RULES:
1. The Seller shall submit a fully completed warranty request; the request form is available on the next page.
2. If the Seller serviced (repaired) the unit under the contract, they shall return the replaced parts to Krosno-Metal within 4 weeks.
